Chapter 51 · The Winnowing Winds · Juz 26
وَفِىٓ أَمْوَٰلِهِمْ حَقٌّۭ لِّلسَّآئِلِ وَٱلْمَحْرُومِ
Wa feee amwaalihim haqqul lissaaa'ili walmahroom
And from their properties was [given] the right of the [needy] petitioner and the deprived.
Quran 51:19 — Surah Adh-Dhariyat
This is verse 19 of 60 in Surah Adh-Dhariyat (الذاريات), meaning “The Winnowing Winds”. It is a Meccan surah — revealed in Makkah before the Hijrah. This verse is located in Juz 26 (Part 26) of the Quran.

Wa feee amwaalihim haqqul lissaaa'ili walmahroom
كَانُوا۟ قَلِيلًۭا مِّنَ ٱلَّيْلِ مَا يَهْجَعُونَ
They used to sleep but little of the night,
وَبِٱلْأَسْحَارِ هُمْ يَسْتَغْفِرُونَ
And in the hours before dawn they would ask forgiveness,
وَفِىٓ أَمْوَٰلِهِمْ حَقٌّۭ لِّلسَّآئِلِ وَٱلْمَحْرُومِ
And from their properties was [given] the right of the [needy] petitioner and the deprived.
وَفِى ٱلْأَرْضِ ءَايَٰتٌۭ لِّلْمُوقِنِينَ
And on the earth are signs for the certain [in faith]
وَفِىٓ أَنفُسِكُمْ ۚ أَفَلَا تُبْصِرُونَ
And in yourselves. Then will you not see?
