كَلَّا لَئِن لَّمْ يَنتَهِ لَنَسْفَعًۢا بِٱلنَّاصِيَةِ
Kalla la illam yantahi la nasfa'am bin nasiyah
No! If he does not desist, We will surely drag him by the forelock -
