Verse 2 of 30

بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ وَٱلْفَجْرِ

By the dawn

وَلَيَالٍ عَشْرٍۢ

And [by] ten nights

وَٱلشَّفْعِ وَٱلْوَتْرِ

And [by] the even [number] and the odd

وَٱلَّيْلِ إِذَا يَسْرِ

And [by] the night when it passes,
