Al-Hijr (The Rocky Tract) · Chapter 15, Verse 4 of 99
وَمَآ أَهْلَكْنَا مِن قَرْيَةٍ إِلَّا وَلَهَا كِتَابٌۭ مَّعْلُومٌۭ
Wa maaa ahlaknaa min qaryatin illaa wa lahaa kitaabum ma'loom
And We did not destroy any city but that for it was a known decree.
