Chapter 37 · Those Who Set The Ranks · Juz 23
وَلَقَدْ سَبَقَتْ كَلِمَتُنَا لِعِبَادِنَا ٱلْمُرْسَلِينَ
Wa laqad sabaqat Kalimatunaa li'ibaadinal mursa leen
And Our word has already preceded for Our servants, the messengers,
Quran 37:171 — Surah As-Saffat
This is verse 171 of 182 in Surah As-Saffat (الصافات), meaning “Those Who Set The Ranks”. It is a Meccan surah — revealed in Makkah before the Hijrah. This verse is located in Juz 23 (Part 23) of the Quran.

Wa laqad sabaqat Kalimatunaa li'ibaadinal mursa leen
لَكُنَّا عِبَادَ ٱللَّهِ ٱلْمُخْلَصِينَ
We would have been the chosen servants of Allah."
فَكَفَرُوا۟ بِهِۦ ۖ فَسَوْفَ يَعْلَمُونَ
But they disbelieved in it, so they are going to know.
وَلَقَدْ سَبَقَتْ كَلِمَتُنَا لِعِبَادِنَا ٱلْمُرْسَلِينَ
And Our word has already preceded for Our servants, the messengers,
إِنَّهُمْ لَهُمُ ٱلْمَنصُورُونَ
[That] indeed, they would be those given victory
وَإِنَّ جُندَنَا لَهُمُ ٱلْغَٰلِبُونَ
And [that] indeed, Our soldiers will be those who overcome.
