Ad-Dukhan (الدخان)
Chapter 44 · The Smoke · Juz 25
وَلَقَدِ ٱخْتَرْنَٰهُمْ عَلَىٰ عِلْمٍ عَلَى ٱلْعَٰلَمِينَ
Wa laqadikh tarnaahum 'alaa 'ilmin 'alal 'aalameen
And We certainly chose them by knowledge over [all] the worlds.
Quran 44:32 — Surah Ad-Dukhan
This is verse 32 of 59 in Surah Ad-Dukhan (الدخان), meaning “The Smoke”. It is a Meccan surah — revealed in Makkah before the Hijrah. This verse is located in Juz 25 (Part 25) of the Quran.

Wa laqadikh tarnaahum 'alaa 'ilmin 'alal 'aalameen
وَلَقَدْ نَجَّيْنَا بَنِىٓ إِسْرَٰٓءِيلَ مِنَ ٱلْعَذَابِ ٱلْمُهِينِ
And We certainly saved the Children of Israel from the humiliating torment -
مِن فِرْعَوْنَ ۚ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ عَالِيًۭا مِّنَ ٱلْمُسْرِفِينَ
From Pharaoh. Indeed, he was a haughty one among the transgressors.
وَلَقَدِ ٱخْتَرْنَٰهُمْ عَلَىٰ عِلْمٍ عَلَى ٱلْعَٰلَمِينَ
And We certainly chose them by knowledge over [all] the worlds.
وَءَاتَيْنَٰهُم مِّنَ ٱلْءَايَٰتِ مَا فِيهِ بَلَٰٓؤٌۭا۟ مُّبِينٌ
And We gave them of signs that in which there was a clear trial.
إِنَّ هَٰٓؤُلَآءِ لَيَقُولُونَ
Indeed, these [disbelievers] are saying,
