ءَأَنتُمْ تَخْلُقُونَهُۥٓ أَمْ نَحْنُ ٱلْخَٰلِقُونَ
'A-antum takhluqoo nahooo am nahnul khaaliqoon
Is it you who creates it, or are We the Creator?
