Al-Muminun (المؤمنون)
Chapter 23 · The Believers · Juz 18
سَيَقُولُونَ لِلَّهِ ۚ قُلْ أَفَلَا تَتَّقُونَ
Sa yaqooloona lillaah; qul afalaa tattaqoon
They will say, "[They belong] to Allah." Say, "Then will you not fear Him?"
Quran 23:87 — Surah Al-Muminun
This is verse 87 of 118 in Surah Al-Muminun (المؤمنون), meaning “The Believers”. It is a Meccan surah — revealed in Makkah before the Hijrah. This verse is located in Juz 18 (Part 18) of the Quran.

Sa yaqooloona lillaah; qul afalaa tattaqoon
سَيَقُولُونَ لِلَّهِ ۚ قُلْ أَفَلَا تَذَكَّرُونَ
They will say, "To Allah." Say, "Then will you not remember?"
قُلْ مَن رَّبُّ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ ٱلسَّبْعِ وَرَبُّ ٱلْعَرْشِ ٱلْعَظِيمِ
Say, "Who is Lord of the seven heavens and Lord of the Great Throne?"
سَيَقُولُونَ لِلَّهِ ۚ قُلْ أَفَلَا تَتَّقُونَ
They will say, "[They belong] to Allah." Say, "Then will you not fear Him?"
قُلْ مَنۢ بِيَدِهِۦ مَلَكُوتُ كُلِّ شَىْءٍۢ وَهُوَ يُجِيرُ وَلَا يُجَارُ عَلَيْهِ إِن كُنتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ
Say, "In whose hand is the realm of all things - and He protects while none can protect against Him - if you should know?"
سَيَقُولُونَ لِلَّهِ ۚ قُلْ فَأَنَّىٰ تُسْحَرُونَ
They will say, "[All belongs] to Allah." Say, "Then how are you deluded?"
