Committed to memorizing the Quran

الَّذِينَ آتَيْنَاهُمُ الْكِتَابَ يَتْلُونَهُ حَقَّ تِلَاوَتِهِ أُولَٰئِكَ يُؤْمِنُونَ بِهِ

Tips for Your Journey

1.

Start Small, Stay Consistent

The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: “The most beloved deeds to Allah are the most consistent, even if small.” (Bukhari)

2.

Make Dua Before Studying

Ask Allah to open your heart and make the Quran easy for you. He promised: “We have made the Quran easy to remember.” (54:17)

3.

Find a Study Partner

Having someone to learn with keeps you motivated and accountable. Even sharing what you learn counts as teaching.

4.

Listen Daily

Even when you cannot read, listen to Quran recitation. It enters the heart and softens it, making memorization easier.

5.

Review More Than You Memorize

The Prophet compared the Quran to a tied camel — if you do not tend to it, it will escape. Daily review is essential.

6.

Never Give Up

The one who struggles with the Quran gets double the reward — one for the recitation and one for the difficulty. (Bukhari & Muslim)
